The delivery of insulin in the blood is done through insulin pen, syringe, or an insulin pump. The patient has to inject insulin dosage in the same area of your body but it is made sure that you are not injecting it exactly in the same place. It is injected when you are going to take you meal so that there is an effective entry of glucose into your body.

These factors are the type of food you eat, the type of exercise you do and the time period of exercise. The point where you inject insulin is also the main factor that determines the amount of glucose in your blood. Other factors are stress, illness and the time when you inject insulin.

Using different sites means that the insulin will move at different speed in your body. It will affect faster when you inject it on you the tummy. It will move at a very slow speed when it is injected on upper and lower parts of the body like arm, buttocks, and thighs. Never inject it at the same place instead you can move around.
